Werribee Gorge Short Circuit walk on the 18th July 2010.

The screen shot shows we took an hour and thirtyfive minutes to do 6.69km at an average speed of 4.2km/h. I’ve put the elevation changes graph up too.

  1. The second hill was actually steeper than the first? I thought it was the other way around. How did you pull up? I had mild soreness in my glutes and soleus, just a gentle reminder that I’d been hiking.

  3. Looks like the 1st is steeper to me, just shorter?

    I pulled up ok. I was a bit sore on the couch on Sunday arvo, but not too bad on monday morning. Shins and calves were a little sore. My ankle was ok, I couldn’t have rolled it too badly as it wasn’t bruised at all.
